I got to play one at my local shop the other day, and it isn't that great. at least not the eq switch, but the guitar it's self was pretty cool. Like alot of other people have said it could be a decent 7 string for the price with a pickup swap. Ibanez RGA7 385364

I was very pleasantly surprised by the feel and quality of the RGA7, much better than the 7321, felt nice, the pickups were god awful, but I liked the EQ switch, at least made the bridge pickup behave more like on. I'd consider getting one if I found it for a better price than $1299 Aus.

Its a cool guitar for $500, compared to other Ibanez 7 strings. Got really nice neck and easy to play. Real good for drop tuning. I changed the pickups with EMG 707, sounds freaking awesome.. Metal.

honestly, when has ibanez ever made a guitar with good pickups? its almost like, if you want an ibanez, spend an extra bit to get some pups

    Metal.

Nice I was looking at the Ibanez pickups and they seem small.
Are they the same size as the emg 7 string pickups?
